Nondiscrimination

OneLearning Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Private schools that are tax-exempt are generally expected to publish a statement like this each year (see IRS Revenue Procedure 75-50). As a religious ministry, OLA asks families to review its Statement of Faith and may consider faith in admissions and employment as permitted by law.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, or magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

• Pages work without a mouse and with JavaScript turned off.
• Text meets color-contrast guidelines, and images have text descriptions.
• Documents we post will be accessible or available in another format on request.

Visitor & safety

• Exterior doors stay locked during the school day. Visits are by appointment.
• All visitors sign in at the office with a photo ID and wear a visible badge.
• Staff and regular volunteers complete background screening before working with students.
• Students are released only to adults on their authorized pick-up list.
• Emergency drills are practiced throughout the year.

Photos & media

We share photos of students only with a signed media release from a parent or guardian, and we don’t publish students’ full names with their photos.
