Build strong readers and confident young mathematicians in a multi-age classroom of 15 or fewer.

Role details

What you’ll do

  • Lead phonics, early math, Bible and hands-on science for a K–2 group
  • Keep a mastery portfolio for each student and share progress with parents
  • Pray with and for your students; model Christ-centered character

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (education preferred); Kansas license a plus
  • Experience with early literacy (Orton-Gillingham or Science of Reading familiarity is a bonus)
  • Agreement with our Statement of Faith and an active church home

Teach two to three elective blocks each Thursday for homeschool students in grades K–12.

  • Cheerful with kids and comfortable on your feet

What to expect

Most hires take two to three weeks from application to offer. Every staff member completes a background check before working with students.
